Fees

Cash Pay Rates

Cash pay is only available when a patient has an insurance plan that PACPX does not accept.
Patients cannot opt for cash pay if they have valid insurance that is accepted in our office.

New Patient Appointments

  • Standard Appointment (90 minutes): $525 (Appointments exceeding 90 minutes will incur an additional charge of $75 per hour.)

Established Patient Rates

  • 20-Minute Medication Management Appointment: $225
  • 30-Minute Medication Management Appointment: $285
  • 45-Minute Medication Management Appointment: $325
  • 60-Minute Medication Management Appointment: $425
  • 61-120 Minute Medication Management Appointment: $525

Missed Appointments

  • Missed Appointment: $75
  • Missed New Patient Appointment: $200

TMS Cash Pay Rates

Cash pay for TMS is available if the patient is uninsured, does not meet insurance criteria, or opts for an off-label protocol not covered by insurance.

  • TMS Therapy (36-session course): $7,500
  • Saint TMS (MDD) (50-session course over 5 days): $8,500
  • Off-Label TMS Therapy (Session count depends on provider): $200 per session

Additional Fees

  • General Letters and Form Completion: (Requiring more than 15 minutes) $75 per 30 minutes
  • FMLA Paperwork: State or workplace – Cannot be billed
  • ESA Letter: $50.00 per animal
  • General Letters (Excluding work and school excuses): $75.00 each
  • Mailing Costs: Postage costs will be added if mailed to any party.

Medical Record Costs:

If records are requested physically via paper charges per page will apply, if delivered
electronically charges per handling medical records will apply only.
As per WAC 246-08-400 and RCW 70.02.010:

  • Copying Charges per Page:
    ○ Pages 1-30: $1.24 per page
    ○ Pages 31 and onward: $0.94 per page
  • Additional Charges:
    ○ Handling Medical Records: $28

Note: HIPAA-covered entities may not charge fees or costs not authorized or prohibited by
Federal HIPAA regulations (45 C.F.R. Sec. 164).
