Stacia Welch

Chief Operating Officer 


Stacia has passion for empowering individuals to advocate for themselves, Stacia focuses on helping those who have faced struggles find their voice. Her educational background includes a Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration from Colorado State University Global and a pre-nursing degree from Clark College, she is currently pursuing her Master's degree. A personal goal close to her heart is to provide and educate the military community on alternative treatment like TMS, stemming from her upbringing in a military family. Stacia is deeply committed to supporting those who have served our country and their families and helping them get the care they deserve. Outside of her role, she enjoys reading, participating in her church community, spending time with her sister and partner, and caring for her dogs, Tucker and Mazie.

PRN, TMS Technician


Madison has a passion for helping those in treatment for depression and anxiety. Madison's educational background includes a Bachelor of science in nursing from Concordia university, and she holds her Registered Nurse qualification.Outside of her role Madison enjoys working out, shopping, and hiking. Madison has two dogs of her own Tucker and Max, a terrier and German Shepard.

Hana is passionate about supporting adolescents who struggle with mental health challenges, aiming to provide understanding and care. Her educational journey includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Penn State University, with plans to further her education through a Master's program. Hana's personal goal is to create a safe and sustainable environment for all who need it, focusing on fostering mental wellness. Outside of her role, she finds joy in creative writing and exploring nature, finding solace in both creativity and the outdoors. At home, Hana shares her space with Franklin, a playful black cat who loves to chase toy mice.

Ashley O

TMS Technician


Ashley's passion lies in creating a nonjudgmental zone for patients, providing a safe space for them to unload or unwind, even if it's just for 20 minutes a day. Witnessing patients leave with a smile and shoulders more relaxed is incredibly rewarding for her. Ashley has realized the vital importance of self-care and prioritizing one's mental health. Her goal is to stay committed to herself, continuously working to better her life and mental well-being. Outside of her role, Ashley finds joy in being in nature, hiking through the trails, expressing herself through painting, and even finding peace in cleaning. She's always eager to learn new things. At home, Ashley is accompanied by a Great Pyrenees named Ariona and a cat named Arizona.

Noelle S

Medical Assistant/TMS Technician 


Noelle is deeply passionate about mindfulness and meditation in the realm of mental health. Noelle graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor's of Science in Sports Medicine, minoring in Great Books. She brings a wealth of experience from her time as a research assistant/supervisor in the applied metabolism department at Pepperdine University, where she became a published author. Currently, Noelle is in the process of applying to medical schools, a goal she is diligently working towards. Outside of her work at the clinic, she finds joy in crocheting and spending quality time with her family. When not working or studying for the MCAT, she indulges in watching scary movies - the scarier, the better. Noelle's home is shared with two wonderful roommates: a grouchy-yet-lovable cat named Carter and a german shepherd mix named Rasher.

Nick D-H

Lead Medical Assistant 


Nick's passion in mental health lies in the integration of medical anthropologies into the practice of psychiatry, promoting psychiatry as a primary care specialty, and applying the works of Dr. Frantz Fanon in clinical practice! To learn more (https://plato.stanford.edu/entries/frantz-fanon/). Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Oregon State University, graduating in 2017. Currently, he is matriculating to the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program at either KCU, MSU, or MWU-CCOM, with a planned graduation in 2028! In addition to his medical pursuits, Nick has a personal goal of learning as many martial arts systems as he can. Currently, he is focused on Chinese Internal Martial Art systems, including Baguazhang, Tai Chi, and Xing Yi Chuan. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his partner, engaging in video games and watching movies/TV shows. They also share their home with Margot, a Manx cat known for her fur that vets compared to a bunny's softness. Margot goes wild for prosciutto and has a knack for getting extremely comfortable on top of you just as you're about to get up.

Mary’s passion in mental health lies in helping those who've experienced trauma reclaim their sense of agency and rediscover joy and meaning in their lives. Mary holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Clinical & Counseling Psychology from Colorado State University. Currently, she is working towards a goal of applying to an accelerated nursing program within the next few years to pursue a career in psychiatric nursing.Outside of her role at the clinic, Mary finds joy in camping, hiking, and crocheting. Although she doesn't have any pets of her own in WA, back at home she has a sweet old cat named Zelda and a German Shepherd Lab mix named Aylish.

Miyo I

TMS Lead 


Miyo's passion in mental health lies in creating a safe environment and witnessing people open up more and more as they begin to feel better. Miyo holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Cognitive Science. They plan to apply to an MSW program this year to further his education.In terms of personal goals, Miyo aims to become a social worker and therapist in the long term. In the short term, he is focused on growing chickpeas to make his own hummus. Outside of work, Miyo enjoys gardening, drawing, and baking. He shares his home with one cat named Scully, who has a charming habit of poking his face to wake him up every morning.

Billing Specialist 


Melia’s passion in mental health lies in helping mental health treatment and resources become more accessible to everyone. With over 5 years of experience in medical billing, Melia is currently working toward CPB and CPC certification to further her expertise in the field. In terms of personal goals, Melia is focused on completing her CPB and CPC certification. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gaming, attending live music events, hiking, and volunteering. At home, Melia shares her space with two black cats named Huxley and Ursula, as well as a fluffy Maine Coon named Oskar.

Keneisha C

Receptionist / Administrative support 


Keineisha serves as the Receptionist providing administrative support. Outside of work, Keineisha is a devoted family person. With a total of 20 grandchildren, she is always busy doing something with her family. Keineisha enjoys spending time with her three kids, aged 8, 6, and 1 year old. They have family dinners and play board games together, cherishing each other's company and making the most of their time together.
