Stacia has passion for empowering individuals to advocate for themselves, Stacia focuses on helping those who have faced struggles find their voice. Her educational background includes a Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration from Colorado State University Global and a pre-nursing degree from Clark College, she is currently pursuing her Master's degree. A personal goal close to her heart is to provide and educate the military community on alternative treatment like TMS, stemming from her upbringing in a military family. Stacia is deeply committed to supporting those who have served our country and their families and helping them get the care they deserve. Outside of her role, she enjoys reading, participating in her church community, spending time with her sister and partner, and caring for her dogs, Tucker and Mazie.

Erini Stallings

Site Manager and Outreach Coordinator


Eirini is a passionate Human and Civil Rights Advocate with a strong emphasis in matters of adoption. She has an extensive background in working with at risk youth, children, and families in legal, therapeutic, educational, and placement settings. With a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Ball State University and Paralegal Certificate from Indiana University, she furthered her legal career through the Washington State Attorney General’s Office to later becoming a Washington State Investigator for Adult Protective Services through the Department of Social and Health Services with mental health being one of the biggest focuses.
As a military wife and a family of first responders, she has a deep appreciation for those who serve our country and those within it and a great understanding of the impacts these careers can have. Here, she continues her focus on advocating for and empowering individuals to be proactive in their own well-being. Outside of her role, she enjoys learning new things, spending time with her family and pets, being out on the water and disappearing into her art studio.

Ashley's passion lies in creating a nonjudgmental zone for patients, providing a safe space for them to unload or unwind, even if it's just for 20 minutes a day. Witnessing patients leave with a smile and shoulders more relaxed is incredibly rewarding for her. Ashley has realized the vital importance of self-care and prioritizing one's mental health. Her goal is to stay committed to herself, continuously working to better her life and mental well-being. Outside of her role, Ashley finds joy in being in nature, hiking through the trails, expressing herself through painting, and even finding peace in cleaning. She's always eager to learn new things. At home, Ashley is accompanied by a Great Pyrenees named Ariona and a cat named Arizona.

Jules is passionate about helping people feel safe, secure, and seen while navigating difficult times. He found his passion for mental health care in working with children in crisis at a psychiatric care program. Seeing kids learn new skills to navigate life and hardship while cultivating a view of their futures inspired Jules to expand his goals into the mental health field. He hopes to return to school for a Masters in Social Work. Jules has a background in engineering, with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Outside of work, he finds fulfillment in spending time with his family and community (including cats Kurt and Rugen), reading, mending clothes, and finding new ways to be curious about the world around him.

Noelle is deeply passionate about mindfulness and meditation in the realm of mental health. Noelle graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor's of Science in Sports Medicine, minoring in Great Books. She brings a wealth of experience from her time as a research assistant/supervisor in the applied metabolism department at Pepperdine University, where she became a published author. Currently, Noelle is in the process of applying to medical schools, a goal she is diligently working towards. Outside of her work at the clinic, she finds joy in crocheting and spending quality time with her family. When not working or studying for the MCAT, she indulges in watching scary movies - the scarier, the better. Noelle's home is shared with two wonderful roommates: a grouchy-yet-lovable cat named Carter and a german shepherd mix named Rasher.

Miyo's passion in mental health lies in creating a safe environment and witnessing people open up more and more as they begin to feel better. Miyo holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Cognitive Science. They plan to apply to an MSW program this year to further their education. In terms of personal goals, Miyo aims to become a social worker and therapist in the long term. In the short term, they are focused on growing chickpeas to make their own hummus. Outside of work, Miyo enjoys gardening, drawing, and baking. They share their home with one cat named Scully, who has a charming habit of poking his face to wake them up every morning.

Melia’s passion in mental health lies in helping mental health treatment and resources become more accessible to everyone. With over 5 years of experience in medical billing, Melia is currently working toward CPB and CPC certification to further her expertise in the field. In terms of personal goals, Melia is focused on completing her CPB and CPC certification. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gaming, attending live music events, hiking, and volunteering. At home, Melia shares her space with two black cats named Huxley and Ursula, as well as a fluffy Maine Coon named Oskar.

Keineisha serves as the Receptionist providing administrative support. Outside of work, Keineisha is a devoted family person. With a total of 20 grandchildren, she is always busy doing something with her family. Keineisha enjoys spending time with her three kids, aged 8, 6, and 1 year old. They have family dinners and play board games together, cherishing each other's company and making the most of their time together.

Leandra’s passion in healthcare lies in raising awareness of mental health issues and being able to break the stigma of mental illness. She has served in several roles here at Pacific Phoenix – most recently, as receptionist and social media manager. Leandra has a degree in Medical Assisting and an Associate degree in HIM. Her main goal in life has been to break generational trauma for her kids. Outside of work, Leandra is an artist of many mediums! She also breeds mystery snails and enjoys caring for her Mastador named Sylvie

Dutch provides treatments for our TMS patients. In his work, he is motivated by a desire to deliver quality care to people who are going through a difficult time. He holds a
Bachelor’s of Science in Healthcare Administration from Portland State University, as well as a Human Subject Research certificate. They intend to return to school and pursue their
Master’s degree. During their free time, they love watching soccer and collecting vinyl records and CDs. Dutch also enjoys the company of his dog, Molly, and his cat, Mia – two
lazy girls who love to lie in the sun!

At Pacific Phoenix, Merci enjoys playing a role in helping others be a happier and healthier version of themselves. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science as well as an EKG
certification. One of her lifelong goals was to move to the Pacific Northwest, and are we glad she did! Outside of work, Merci enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with
friends. She also has a small dog named Jax, “a perfect guy”.

River loves working in the medical field, and his primary interest is the brain. He was drawn to work as a TMS technician both by reading about the intriguing research on TMS and by a familial history plagued with psychological disorders. The Utah State alumni decided to move out to the Washington coast for the adventure, with his little black cat, Syl, by his side. In his downtime, he enjoys mountain biking, running and learning Spanish. Upon graduating Magna Cum Laude from Utah State University with a degree in psychology, River has been working on getting into medical school to pursue a career in neurology.

Receptionist


Julissa is bilingual in English and Spanish. She is passionate about breaking the stigma and properly educating the Latin American community about mental health. As the wife of an ex-law enforcement officer in NYC and as the mother of a son who is currently serving in the military, she has been able to experience first hand the lack of care and education that exists with regards to mental health. Julissa holds a NCMA certification and has considerable experience in medical offices, particularly in primary care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family of 5, which includes her "itty bitty pitty", and being a boy mom.
